I'm not 100% sure but the comfort opening should be disabled when the trailer is present.
Try to code the HU_MGU. If it work, it's the best compromise.

personally, I wouldn't code the BDC but just the HU and, on iDrive, choose the desired setting.
Unfortunately, I can't find these points in the expert settings of my HU_MGU. Am I doing something wrong, or is it possible that these points are labeled differently?
You're right—I actually checked the coding data of my G31. The ones I posted earlier were taken from some cheat sheets, which clearly weren’t correct for the G31.

I've enabled the HU_MGU parameters and now it shows me the selection in the menu.
The BDC_BODY3 parameters were already stored as you did.
My only problem now is that I can't deactivate or toggle the parameters. There mus be an enable somewhere for me to use this function.

Aber warum geht das dann bei einem X1 mit ID6? Muss man nicht alles verstehen...
Mir gehts ja hauptsächlich nur um die Deaktivierung des Fußschalters bei Anhänger Betrieb, ich habe eine Original verbaute & laut Werkstatt sollte der Fußschalter eigentlich da deaktiviert sein, wäre auch logisch.
Aber ist das jetzt normal oder habe ich da einen Fehler in meinem System? Hat die Werkstatt da mehr Möglichkeiten das einzustellen als übers Codieren? Evtl. kann das ja mal jemand ausprobieren.
Ich muss nämlich immer extrem aufpassen, wenn ich den Fahrradträger auf der AHK habe und noch schnell was über die Heckklappe raushole, dass dann der Kofferraum öffnet & mir gegen den Fahrradträger knallt.
