Die Silentblöcke wurden nicht bei BMW bestellt.
Mein Mechaniker hat gerade ein zweites Teil kaputt gemacht.
Wir haben beim Silentblock der 7er-Reihe einen Durchmesser von 97 mm gemessen.
Das Loch hat einen Durchmesser von 95mm :-/
ArthurG31, hast du die Teile selbst bestellt? Bei BMW?
Können Sie mir sagen, welchen Durchmesser sie haben?

No, I do not have picture of the part.
I saw the tool used, He push on the complet surface to not damage the silentbloc.
But as we can see on your picture, the 7 serie part has a complet plastic tube (Yellowish), and the part diameter is exact same as the hole, so force a lot to feet in.
When he insert the part, on the last 10mm the plastic tube breaks.
We will order new part. He will try again today with the second part.
Do you have any advice to help the insertion??

Bei dem Lager aus Gummi benutzen die Gleitmittel, bei Kunststoff weiß ich nicht 🤷
Vielleicht WD-40 Specialist PTFE Trockenschmierspray, Smart Straw

Hast du Photo von dem gebrochenem Teil, hast du das Werkzeug gesehen, kannst du mir es als Bild schicken?

Ich habe ausgemessen du brauchst ca. 90mm Teller um die Teile reinzupressen, in der Mitte des Lagers darf nicht gepresst werden.nur außen.

Ich denke ohne den richtigen Werkzeug vom BMW wird es schwierig sein die einzupressen,
die Alten sind außen aus Gummi das kriegt man leichter reingepresst.
Ich habe meine noch nicht eingebaut, ist erstmal nicht Nötig, bis jetzt habe ich auch keine Vibrationen. Mich interessiert das Thema trotzdem für die Zukunft weil der 8 BMW hat die Teile auch Serienmäßig.
